How long does a typical repair take?
Screen and battery replacements are usually done in 30–60 minutes. More complex repairs like water damage may take 24–48 hours. We'll always give you an estimate upfront.
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome for most repairs. Booking online guarantees your slot and lets us prepare parts in advance, which often means a faster turnaround.
What warranty do repairs come with?
All repairs carry a 90-day parts and labour warranty. If the same issue recurs, we'll fix it free of charge. New and refurbished devices come with a 2-year warranty.
Can you recover data from a broken phone?
In many cases, yes. Our senior technician specialises in data recovery from damaged devices. Bring it in for a free diagnostic assessment — we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Do you offer next-day delivery on products?
Yes — all online orders placed before 3pm receive free next-day tracked delivery. Saturdays included (for orders placed by Friday 1pm).
Are your refurbished devices reliable?
Absolutely. All refurbished devices go through a 40-point inspection, battery health check, and factory reset. They come with the same 2-year warranty as new stock.
Do you buy or part-exchange old devices?
Yes, we offer competitive trade-in prices. Bring your old device in-store and we'll give you a quote on the spot, which can be used against a new or refurbished purchase.
Where can I park near your store?
There's a pay-and-display car park at Hounslow Bus Station (3-min walk). Street parking on the High Street is free after 6pm and all day Sunday.
